You are now reading our wishfunda Terms of Service (“Terms”), an agreement between you and the Proprietor firm WishFunda.(“WishFunda,” “we” or “us”) which governs your access to our platform and services which we offer via www.wishfunda.com. The services offered are "Experiences" by the "Expert" and offering tickets for sale/ticketing partner for various workshops and events listed by "Expert". You must read the Terms carefully before you use the Services. These Terms apply to all users of the Services whether you are a Registered User (defined below) or just visiting or using our platform to book a ticket for an event /workshop.. You’ll notice that some words appear in quotes in the Terms. They’re called “Defined Terms,” and we use them so we don’t have to repeat the same language again and again, and to make sure that the Terms are consistent. We’ve included the defined terms throughout because we want it to be easy for you to read them in context.
Changes to these Terms or the Services
We can change these Terms at any time. If we do so, we’ll let you know either by posting the changed Terms on the Site or through other communications. We’ll also update the “Last Updated Date” at the top of these Terms. It’s important that you review the changed Terms because if you continue to use the Services after we’ve provided notice of the change, you’re telling us that you agree to be bound by the changed Terms. If you don’t agree to be bound by the changed Terms then you’re not allowed to use the Services anymore. We’re always striving to make the Services better and because they’re evolving over time we may change or discontinue all or any part of the Services, at any time and without notice, at our discretion.
“WishFunda” acts as an intermediary between “End User” and the “Expert”. Our duty is to be a facilitator and provide the services accordingly (Collection of payment on behalf of luminary is also included in WishFunda’s duty).
“Expert” shall mean a person/an entity who has accepted the said Agreement. The said person/entity shall offer an “Experience” through a particular platform;
Services include Experiences and ticketing partner for the workshops and Events created by the "Experts"
“Experience” shall mean:
(a)Firstly, the products which includes collectibles, goods, items, rarities, other various products and products displayed on digital platform.
(b)Secondly, the activities and interaction which includes in-person experience along with virtual experience which is provided by the Expert through a particular platform.
"Ticketing partner/ for workshops and Events" shall mean
- we list the Event and Workshops conducted by the Expert's or the organising committee they are associated with.
- we have no say or authority in the content or pricing of the workhop/event.
- we would only be serving as a ticketing partner for the listed Workshop and Events.
“Experience Listing” shall mean the description about the details of the “Experience” facilitated by the WishFunda on its respective website.
“End User” shall mean the customer who has purchased the said services facilitated by the WishFunda.
The Expert may require you, as an End User, to enter into an agreement with the Expert or fill up some forms or provide with kind of information in the form of identity proofs or videos or photographs ,etc and you acknowledge that if you fail to do so, you may not be able to participate in the Experience; in such an event, you may not receive a refund or exchange for the purchase of your Experience.
When you initiate a purchase transaction or request to schedule an Experience via the Services, you will be asked to provide us with customary billing information such as your name, billing address,email ,phone number and card information. As an End User, upon completion of a purchase on the Site for an Experience or the confirmed scheduling or acceptance of an Experience and any Change Requests or customizations you will pay the extra fees as per required medium.
You hereby authorize the collection of such amounts by WishFunda by charging your selected Payment Method. In addition, you agree that WishFunda may charge your Payment Method for respective payment gateway charges and you agree to bear any additional charges that your bank or other financial service provider may levy on you. You agree that all Experiences are non-refundable unless otherwise specified on the Experience Expert and you will not dispute the Total Fees if the Experience is fulfilled substantially as presented in the Experience Listing.
No Resale After Purchase
After the purchase of any type of Experience is completed and the Total Fees have been charged to your Payment Method, you may not resell the Experience to a third party.
EXPERTS'S RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE EXPERIENCE AT WILL :
The Expert's may discontinue the experience in case they feel uncomfortable with the interaction at any point. There will be no refunds initiated in this case. We do not allow any kind of reporters or media persons to book an experience to conduct an interview or any kind of publication material. At any point if our Expert's feel that the interaction is going that way or the customer is attempting to conduct an interview , they can discontinue the experience.
