REFUNDS ON IN-PERSON EXPERIENCES WITH THE EXPERT :
The experiences purchased via our sites are coordinated via email and/or telephone and delivered in person. Due to the nature of our services all the listing are nonrefundable except for:
- Refunds will only be generated/considered if there is a cancellation/ denial in the experience delivery by the EXPERT.
- Once accepted booking, Rescheduled by the EXPERT and the rescheduling is not acceptable by the customer.
The refunds will be processed directly with an intimation via mail in your respective cards or band Accounts.
In any case if the pre-required documents ( identity proof, or any other required forms, agreements to be signed) by the EXPERT'S are not submitted by the customers before the experience date, the Experience would be Cancelled with No refunds.
EXPERT'S RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE EXPERIENCE AT WILL :
The EXPERT's may discontinue the experience in case they feel uncomfortable with the interaction at any point. There will be no refunds initiated in this case.
We do not allow any kind of reporters or media persons to book an experience to conduct an interview or any kind of publication material. At any point if our EXPERT's feel that the interaction is going that way or the customer is attempting to conduct an interview , they can discontinue the experience.
REFUNDS ON THE WORKSHOPS / EVENTS :
The refunds would be initiated only if the event has been cancelled and has been communicated that way by the organizers. The refunds would happen post reduction of the required charges ( such as payment gateway charges,etc)
